NIDEC SP1405-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max. in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 1 with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 8.8A under normal duty and 7.6A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) with an output frequency range of 0-3000 Hz. The SP1405-HF includes 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs comprising 1 differential input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; 16-bit) and 2 single-ended inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; 10-bit conversion resolution). It also features 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source; 10-bit conversion resolution). The rated active power is 4kW for normal duty and 3kW for heavy-duty, with a rated power of 5HP for both conditions.
