SP1404-EZ Nidec Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

NIDEC SP1404-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling. It is designed for wall-mounted installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C. This model has a frame size of 1, with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and is protected by an IP20 NEMA 1 enclosure. It supports a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac) and offers a rated current of 6.9A under normal duty and 5.8A under heavy-duty conditions. The SP1404-EZ features a 3-phase input network, operates with a supply input frequency of 48-65 Hz and can output frequencies from 0 to 550 Hz. Communication is facilitated via Modbus RTU RS-485. It includes 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog interfaces comprising 1 analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended), along with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended). The rated active power is 3kW for normal duty and 2.2kW for heavy-duty, corresponding to 5HP and 3HP, respectively.
