NIDEC SP1402-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max. in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 1 with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 3.8A under normal duty and 3A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) with an output frequency range of 0-3000 Hz. The SP1402-HF includes 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface options include 1 analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 1.5kW under normal duty and 1.1kW under heavy-duty, corresponding to 2HP and 1.5HP / 1-1/2HP respectively.
