About the product
Wago 859-392 is a fixed-type relay module designed for railway applications with electromechanical design features. It utilizes CAGE-CLAMP spring connections for secure and reliable connectivity. This module supports a rated current of 50mA at 30Vdc (DC-13) for maximum recommended current to avoid evaporating the Gold flash and 5A for continuous operation. It includes Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts indicated by a red LED. The rated power is specified as 1C/O / SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact. It operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C for both operation and storage. The control voltage (DC) is rated at 16.8-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), with a rated voltage (AC) of 250Vac max. and a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 4kV. Its mounting mode is single-pole / 1-pole (1P) on a DIN-35 rail, with connection capacity dimensions of H91mm x W6mm x D56mm and a net width of 6mm. The relay's contacts are made from hard Gold-plated Silver-Nickel (AgNi + Au) to ensure durability and reliable performance. The operating and release times are 15ms and 25ms, respectively, with a rated operating voltage (Ue) of 250V. It is designed for a lifespan of 50,000 operations at rated voltage (AC) and can handle up to 5,000,000 operations for power dissipation/losses. The module is compatible with environments having 5-95% relative humidity (RH), with no condensation permissible.
