Wago 857-815 is a loop-powered temperature signal conditioner designed for analog transduction. It operates on a supply voltage of 8-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and does not require an AC supply voltage. This part features push-in CAGE CLAMP spring connections for secure and efficient connectivity and is equipped with a DIP switch for easy configuration. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range for operation of -25°C to +70°C and has a storage temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The 857-815 offers IP20 protection and is suitable for mounting on a DIN-35 rail. Its dimensions are H94mm x W6mm x D97.8mm. This transducer supports 1 x analog input for RTD Pt100 / Pt200 / Pt500 / Pt1000 / Resistor with a mechanical resistance range of 0-1kΩ and 0-4.5kΩ, and it can be configured for 2-wire / 3-wire / 4-wire systems. It also provides 1 x analog output of 4-20mA. The device is designed to operate within a humidity range of 5-95% RH, with no condensation permissible.
