Wago 857-451 is an interface unit designed as a single-channel passive isolator. It features push-in CAGE CLAMP spring connections for easy installation and is characterized by a passive supply voltage design. This unit does not require a supply voltage (AC), and it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C for operation and -40°C to +85°C for storage. The 857-451 supports a control voltage (DC) and utilizes an IP20 communication protocol. It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail and has dimensions of H94mm x W6mm x D97.8mm. The interface unit accommodates 1 x analog input (0-20mA / 4-20mA) and 1 x analog output (0-20mA / 4-20mA), ensuring a transmission error of ≤ 0.1%, a load error of ≤ 0.05%, and a temperature coefficient of ≤ 0.01%/K. It is built to withstand 5-95% relative humidity (RH) without condensation.
