750-890 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 750-890 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a 32-bit processor and supports various protocols including HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, and SNMP. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and has no AC supply voltage. The unit offers two RJ45 connectors for fieldbus connections, along with cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field wiring. Designed as Gen.4, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C. The CPU unit supports communication speeds of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s over Modbus TCP and Ethernet, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing with IP20 protection. It measures 100mm in height, 61.5mm in width, and 71.9mm in depth, suitable for DIN-35 rail mounting. The unit's network capabilities include a 32kB non-volatile memory for software, with 8MB each for program and data memory. It is designed to resist vibrations up to 4g and shocks up to 15g, as per EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27 standards, respectively. The control circuit's rated current at nominal load is 500mA for 24Vdc and 440mA for 5Vdc, with a system supply of 1700mA. Programming can be done using various languages including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), through the WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 environment, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and Web-Based Management. It also features an SD and SDHC card slot supporting up to 32GB for additional storage.
