Wago 750-8212/025-001 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and supports connection through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, a 9-pin D-sub connector for serial port communications, and cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field connections. Designed for extended temperature ranges and telecontrol technology, it can operate in ambient air temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and is stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The unit offers a speed of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, with an IP20 degree of protection and supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, RS-232, and RS-485 communication protocols. It has a net width of 78.6 mm and is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, designed for DIN-35 rail mounting. The CPU unit features a 512MB RAM, 4GB internal flash memory, and additional memory capacities for software and hardware configurations. It is equipped with a Cortex A8 1GHz processor, supports SD and SDHC cards up to 32GB, and operates on a Real-time Linux OS with RT-Preempt patch. The unit is designed for vibration resistance up to 4g and shock resistance up to 15g, ensuring durability in challenging environments.
