PXU31AC0 Red Lion Industrial Automation Components

Red Lion PXU31AC0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It features 2 user inputs, RS-485 communication, a 4-20mA control analog output, and a secondary relay control output, all within a 1/8 DIN vertical format measuring 49.5mm wide by 96.5mm high. The display consists of 12mm orange/green digits, ensuring clear visibility. This model, part of the PXU PID controllers series, offers an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection, operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage, and has a 10Hz analog input sampling rate. It supports various analog inputs including 4-20mA / 0-20mA / 0-50mVdc / 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc and multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK) as well as RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. The PXU31AC0 is equipped with heater current monitoring protection functions, one digital output for secondary control, and one analog output for main control, enhancing its application flexibility in process control environments.
