SP5201-HF Nidec Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

NIDEC SP5201-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 5, measuring H33.75" x W12.2" x D11.73" (H857mm x W310mm x D298mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 130A under normal duty and 105A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. Communication is facilitated via Modbus RTU RS-485, supporting a network frequency of 48-65 Hz on the supply input and 0-3000 Hz on the output. It includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs/outputs with varying specifications. The rated active power is 37kW for normal duty and 30kW for heavy-duty, equivalent to 50HP and 40HP, respectively.
