SP2404-HF Nidec Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

NIDEC SP2404-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 2 with dimensions of H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 29A for both normal and heavy-duty operations. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz on the supply input and 0-3000 Hz on the output. The SP2404-HF includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs comprising 1 x (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended). Analog outputs include 2 x (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source). The rated active power is 15kW and rated power is 20HP for both normal and heavy-duty applications. It is designed for a 3-phase input network.
