NIDEC SP1203-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling. It has a frame size 1 with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm) and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 9.6A under normal duty and 7.5A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP1203-EZ features 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3-phase input (3P), 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface includes 1 analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with a 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 2.2kW under normal duty and 1.5kW under heavy-duty, corresponding to a rated power of 3HP and 2HP, respectively.
