NIDEC SP0403-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max. in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 0 with dimensions of H12.677" x W2.441" x D8.898" (H322mm x W62mm x D226mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac) with a rated current of 2.1A for heavy-duty applications. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) with an output frequency range of 0-3000 Hz. The SP0403-HF includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs comprising 1 x (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. Additionally, it features 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 0.75kW for both normal and heavy-duty operations, with a rated power of 1HP for each.
