Festo PTB-8-3 is a plastic pneumatic air tubing or hose designed for a wide range of applications, featuring a design hardness of 55D +/-5 Shore and compliance with FDA standards for food safety. It is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +150°C. This tube is compatible with 7mm I.D. and 10mm O.D. push-in connectors, as well as 10mm O.D. barbed connectors with a union nut, falling under the PTFEN series. The dimensions include a 7mm internal diameter and a 10mm outer diameter. The PTB-8-3 is made from Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), known for its chemical resistance and resistance to hydrolysis, presented in a natural color. It operates within a pressure range of -0.95bar to +12bar, which is temperature-dependent, and requires a minimum bending radius of 70mm, with 100mm being flow-relevant.
