Lenze M1220C is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for water-tight and dust-tight applications, supporting Modbus communication protocol. It features thermal overload protection and solid state motor overload protection. The device operates with a rated current of 7.8A at 200Vac and 6.8A at 230Vac, and it is suitable for supply voltages ranging from 200Vac to 240Vac (208Vac / 220Vac / 230Vac). It can be mounted in a control cabinet or on a surface/wall, and is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -10 to +40 °C. With a NEMA 4 degree of protection, it is compatible with a 3-phase network (3P / 3AC) and supports network frequencies from 48-62 Hz (input) and 0-120 Hz (output). The M1220C offers 1 analog output proportional to speed (frequency), 1 analog output proportional to load, 4 digital inputs, 1 digital input for start, 1 digital input for stop, 2 digital outputs (NPN; sinking), 1 analog input (0-10Vdc), and 1 analog input (4-20mA). It has a rated active power of 1.5kW and a rated power of 2HP for 200-240Vac supply voltages.
